چکیده
: Coronary artery fistula (CAF) is characterized by abnormal communication between the main coronary and cardiac chambers, pulmonary arteries, vena cava, systemic arteries veins, a rare malformation. Bronchiectasis involves remodeling persistent dilatation of bronchial airways. It can either be localized to one lung segment or diffused throughout whole lung. The incidence bronchiectasis has increased 566 per 100,000 over last decade. There 33% possibility that CAF lung-related disease will co-occur. However, merging mechanism these two diseases not been explored. We report case 61-year-old female with who was admitted our hospital dyspnea ankle edema. patient diagnosed artery-pulmonary angiography (CAG), which performed rule out stenosis. Using keywords “coronary fistula” “bronchiectasis” search inpatient system hospital, PubMed, Web Science, we found often occur due cardiovascular airway connection. Previous studies also support co-occur bronchiectasis. Based on findings, explain possible this co-occurrence aim improving diagnostic techniques therapeutic methods.

Right coronary artery (RCA)–coronary sinus fistula is rare and most likely accounts for 7% of all coronary artery fistulas (1, 2). Most patients may present with chest pain, palpitations, syncope, and a continuous murmur at the precordium, accompanied by local thrill or a systolic and diastolic ...

We report an antenatally diagnosed large distal coronary artery fistula (CAF) arising from an aneurysmal dilation right coronary artery (RCA) and draining in to the right ventricle (RV) just below the septal leaflet of tricuspid valve posteriorly. A postnatal echocardiogram confirmed the diagnosis. On the second day of life, a percutaneous partial closure of the fistula was performed by placing...

Only 12 cases of coronary artery to left atrium fistula have been reported, with successful correction in at least seven. We describe a unique case of repair of a left main coronary artery to left atrium fistula using revascularisation with general discussion of the embryology, pathophysiology, complications, and diagnosis of these fistulae, indications for operation, and guidelines for surgica...
